Agriboost: Launch of exchange and networking workshops in Burkina Faso
On January 29 and 30, 2024, experience exchange and networking workshops took place in Ouagadougou for the acceleration of business champions in the Sahel region, as part of the AGRIBOOST program implemented by NABC and PUM. Netherlands senior experts in partnership with Yiriwa I.C, on financing the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
It is in an enthusiastic atmosphere that the experience exchange and networking workshops for the acceleration of business champions in the Sahel region were held in Ouagadougou. These workshops aim to strengthen the capacities of stakeholders in the horticultural and poultry sector in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger.
The objective is to share good practices and create networking between players in the sector in order to enable them to be more competitive on the sub-regional market.
Three main themes were addressed, namely:
👉Continuous production throughout the year
👉 Preservation and processing of fruits and vegetables
👉 Export to the sub-regional market
Together, we are building a better future for poultry farming in the Sahel.
